The room with a balcony. The location was comfortable and decent, to key tourist attractions! Spent a nice evening at El Patio del Museo, located steps away from the venue.

The location was perfect, close to an art museum. Everything was well-maintained and the staff were really good.

Every time in Cali, I choose this place. I find the hotel wonderful, fairly clean and the staff is very polite. The venue rooms are extremely spacious and outstanding with a balcony, 2 twin beds plus a great view.

Had marvellous and good location in a good area of Cali, so close to Rock Park.

Perfectly clean room - bed was very comfy. It was in a marvellous location close to an art museum. Further, it was near the airport.

The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The room had a beautiful balcony view of the river. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We got to experience our city in a whole new way.

Clean, centrally located to many places as well as Down Town and San Anttonio, nice restaurant and good breakfast for the money. Staff was very friendly.

The room we were given was noisy it faces the main avenue, there are many doble bed rooms so I dont know why we got this room or did the price we paid had something to do with it,,,, next time I will call after the reservation and make sure we get an inside room.....

We liked almost everything about this hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very professional, breakfast was great. It's across the street from the river and the cat sculpture park. Nice restaurant with legendary empanaditas and lulada, which were as good as they claimed. Great wi-fi. Cooler in temperature than other parts of the city.

No ventilation in the bathroom. Lots of street noise, but easy to tune out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and quick in service. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great view. The breakfast included was presented nicely with good options. The hotel is located right on the river and is close to the best places in this city. It is also a short walk to some great sights.

As old people, we loved the room with a balcony and the helpful staff. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the option of having lunch and dinner at the restaurant or through room service. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the best places in the city.
